How do I enjoy free shipping?

Enjoy international free shipping for orders of US$120 or more.

Enjoy free shipping for any purchase from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days following your order.

Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours via email. 

Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

How long will it take for my orders to arrive and where does cs@meta-skincare.com ship from?

International shipment usually takes between 7-14 business days but it varies for each country.  Shipment to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore usually takes 3-5 days.

Can Meta Skin ship my package as a ‘gift’, or mark the value of the items lower?

Meta Skin is legally required to declare the actual value and contents of each package shipped internationally.

Meta Skin is not responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Is my package subject to customs fees and/or duty tax?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.
